Q&A question of the week: “How can I answer questions or problems in my marketing?”
Keep Notes
Start keeping notes and tabs on every question any of your clients ask you. These are the exact questions your potential customers are searching for and if you can be the one answering them, they’ll trust you when ready to buy.
Use Polls
You can use polls and questionnaires on social media and e-mail to see what your customers are interested in. Re-purposes these polls as blog posts and video content to attract potential leads.
Ask Your Clients Questions
Everyday while working with your customers ask questions about their experience working with you, how they found you and why they decided to hire you to work with. These answers will provide some great marketing material.
Search Google
This method shows you everything, what your clients are searching for and what gets the most searched per month. Look for specific questions with a high search rate to show your website links in Google.
Look Through Past E-mails
Many times you’ll have marketing ideas right in-front of you. Look through past e-mails with your customers to see what questions they were asking and what your most common replies were.
Find New Questions On Quora
We use Quora.com to look for common questions to answer for our marketing tactics. After finding a question we can answer we make a blog, podcast and video about it. This is a great way to build a relationship through marketing with your potential lead.
