Please remove all personal items, valuables, electronics, and money from your vehicle before service. Wilmington Auto Detail is not responsible for items left in vehicles. We will document any pre-existing damage during intake.

5. Limitations of Service

  • We cannot guarantee removal of every stain, scratch, swirl, dent, odor, or contaminant. We will always tell you upfront what we expect to achieve.
  • Aftermarket modifications, prior repairs, or pre-existing damage may limit the results of any service.
  • Paint correction is performed within safe clear-coat thickness limits.
